Hi, I’m Cory Salisbury.
I’m a licensed Realtor with Simple Choice Real Estate, and I help people buy and sell homes across Utah County and the Wasatch Front. I’ve done this since 2014, and I got into it because of what owning a home did for my own family.
I love giving people options and saving them money. A Realtor is supposed to have your best interests at heart. I prove it: three ways to list, a fee that matches the work, and you’re never locked in.

How I got here
I bought my first home before I ever thought about selling real estate. I loved it. I could do what I wanted with the place, and the equity it built gave me a level of freedom and independence I hadn’t felt before.
It changed things for my family. That is the whole reason I do this now. I want other people to feel that same stability and freedom.
What I believe
I’m very open and honest. I’ll tell you the number you need to hear, not the one you want to hear.
And I draw a hard line. I won’t do anything sketchy, and I will never take advantage of someone to make a deal work. If a home isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you.

Utah, through and through
I was born in Utah and grew up in Salt Lake. In 2022 my family moved down to Utah County, so I know both ends of the Wasatch Front from actually living here.
When I’m not working, I’m with my wife Jenni and our one-year-old daughter, usually chasing that little girl around the house. She keeps us busy.

I love helping buyers, whether it’s your first home, a new build, or a resale. I help sellers too. New or used, first time or fifth, I’m glad to do all of it.
