The partnership
Salisbury Real Estate is two people. Cory leads strategy and negotiation; Jenni leads coordination and transaction operations. The roles are separate by design, so neither one becomes the bottleneck the day your file needs both.

Strategy

Twelve years of active negotiation across the Wasatch Front, including the 2008 reset that re-priced every assumption. The recommendation you receive is calibrated against an actual cycle — not a 24-month window.
Cory’s scope is strategy: pricing models, builder-side negotiation, inspection-response work, and offer architecture. The discipline is to give you the actual number, the actual risk profile, and the actual recommendation — whether or not it’s the one you wanted to hear.
Coordination

Jenni runs operations. From the executed contract through the closing day, she owns lender follow-through, title, inspection-response logistics, milestone tracking, and the dozen small files that quietly derail other transactions.
She is not a licensed agent — she is the dedicated coordinator who makes sure no deadline slips, no document goes missing, and no communication thread dies. The reason engagements close on schedule is structural, not heroic.
The position
The Salisbury Method is deliberately small. We accept a limited number of engagements each quarter so the architecture stays intact — strategy and coordination both at full capacity, both named, both accountable to the same file. Begin the Diagnostic if the engagement is one we should consider.
Engagement runway
The Engagement Diagnostic is 90 minutes, recorded, and yours whether we work together or not. It’s the only contract you sign before either of us has committed to anything.
